Rare Earth Interactive Design, a local creative firm specializing in website design, has landed three new clients: Birdair, which manufactures tensioned membrane technology for architectural designs; Circuit City, a nationwide electronics superstore; and Elmwood Franklin School, a private elementary school in Western New York.
Rare Earth will redesign Birdair's current site, create a virtual museum of fabric structures and develop five additional sites for the company's international subsidiaries. For Circuit City, Rare Earth will create an in-store intranet directory system, and for Elmwood Franklin, Rare Earth will design the school's first website.
Rare Earth Interactive Design was established in June 1998 by Craig Chapman. The company has designed websites for some of the world's most widely recognized brands, including Zippo Manufacturing Company, www.zippo.com; Welch's International, www.welchsinternational.com (Rare Earth is currently redesigning this site); Moore Research center, www.colorisland.com; and Mark IV Industries, www.mark-iv.com; to name a few.
