    Communication
    It's our job to communicate not just what we are doing or the successes we are having, but how we can help make your business better, more efficient and more profitable. We demonstrate how what we know (and what we do for our customers) will in turn help make you more money and to become more successful. We take great care in describing exactly what, how, and why we are doing what we are doing.

    Accountability
    We take accountability very seriously and go to great lengths to ensure it. We insist on all important things being in writing, and we work very hard to keep our project communications completely transparent. In order to make sure that our team can be 100% accountable to our commitments, we use powerful communications and scheduling tools. If you're a customer, we in turn make these tools available to you, making it equally easy to keep your commitments to us. This helps us achieve the best possible results for your enterprise.

    Honesty
    If we fail or fall short of expectations, we will say so immediately and do whatever we reasonably can to remedy the situation. We always acknowledge that you're the boss, but we don't believe you've hired us to be merely "yes men" or "yes women." We believe that you've engaged us to provide solutions, answers, honest assessments and honest opinions at all times. So, if we happen to disagree with certain plans or requests, we will say so courteously, politely, and directly. We'll explain the reasons why we disagree and offer our professional advice. If in the end though, our advice or rationale is not sufficiently compelling to change direction, we will close the discussion and graciously follow your exact instructions - to the letter.

    Quality
    We give our best effort at all times. We will not settle for anything less than what we would expect from someone that we ourselves would hire. When your hire us, we ask you to accept that you may not always understand what we are doing. But we will explain what we're doing as best we can, in order to help foster understanding of the benefits of doing things a certain way. That may take a leap of faith. But in trusting us, you may rest completely assured that the quality of the product we deliver is the best available within your budget. We expect to earn the recognition that nothing better is available at the same cost, from any of our competitors.

    Innovation
    Each time you hire us, we feel you should get something more than you did the last time you hired us.
